I have been diligently working to help people achieve their wellness aspirations for over 15 years.
With a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology (with a focus in Exercise, Nutrition and Wellness) and number of certifications in both fitness and nutrition, I have developed a passion for treating each of my clients holistically and getting to the root cause of any road blocks we meet along the way.
