Symply Fit — Mobile Messaging Terms & Privacy

Symply Fit ("Symply Fit," "we," "us") uses SMS/MMS ("mobile messaging") to coordinate class bookings, share schedule updates, provide wellness tips, request forms/waivers, and send training reminders for in‑studio and Zoom sessions.
By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Privacy. Consent is not a condition of purchasing classes or personal training.
How You Opt In
You may opt in by:

Submitting your mobile number in our website forms (e.g., Contact Us, Subscribe for Updates, or class booking) and affirmatively agreeing to receive texts; or

Texting START to our business number (925) 885‑2580; or

Giving written consent during intake (e.g., email or e‑signature) that includes your mobile number and permission to text you.
We will send a confirmation text after you opt in.
Message Types & Frequency

Service & Transactional (primary): class confirmations and reminders; schedule changes or cancellations; account/helpdesk replies; pre‑class instructions; receipts; forms/waivers requests.

Informational/Educational: fitness and wellness tips, mobility guidance, and updates about programs suitable for adults 50–75+.

Promotional (optional; requires separate opt‑in): announcements about new classes, workshops, or special offers.
Message frequency varies. During active participation (e.g., upcoming classes), you may receive more frequent messages as needed to manage your bookings.

If you are a California resident, you may request to know/access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to limit certain uses/disclosures. To exercise rights, email symplyfit@zohomail.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will verify your request before responding. We do not sell or share personal information in the sense of California law.
Data Retention & Security
We keep messaging records only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal/record‑keeping requirements, then delete or de‑identify them. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
Eligibility
You must be the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you provide and at least 18 years old.
Links & Shorteners
We may include links in messages. For your safety, we do not use public URL shorteners that are commonly blocked by carriers. Links typically use our own domain.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., by posting an updated version on our site and/or via text). Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
